What we build under the Homes brand

Waterstone Homes (AL #25174) is the new-construction and larger-addition arm of the Waterstone family of brands. Separate license, separate crews, same standards as the improvement side.

New custom homes. Ground-up builds on your land or ours — traditional, modern, lake, and hillside lots. Plans are tailored to the site, the family, and the budget, then engineered for Alabama weather, soils, and codes.

Larger additions & whole-home expansions. Second-story additions, primary-suite wings, in-law suites, and substantial footprint expansions that touch structure, roofline, mechanical systems, or multiple trades. These live with Waterstone Homes because they deserve a licensed builder — not a handyman.
